Nigerian Breakfast Tacos
I figured it's been quite a long time since I did a cooking post on my blog, so I decided to whip up a quick easy meal to show you. You know that one of my passions is making your kitchens as fun and colorful as possible by showing you some of my quick and guaranteed delicious recipes.
Today we're going to look at a breakfast regular in my house. It's a Nigerian twist on breakfast tacos. I call it a Nigerian twist because it's almost like making egg sauce, just with added sausage and tatashe. So ladies and gentlemen get your aprons on, your spatulas out, and let's get started!

Restaurant Review: Johnny Rockets, In Abuja!
Ready for another one of my restaurant restaurant reviews? Well come on down because another one is here. This is another review from the capital city, Abuja. It's pretty obvious by now that when I visit Nigeria I forsake my diet and go all out with my eating. What is paining me is that I do not document all the different kinds of foods I eat while i'm there. Any who, all that will soon change.

Restaurant Review: The Traffic Bar Abuja. (Remarks, Criticism, and Overall Rating)
I have another yummy restaurant review for you all, done live from the capital city, Abuja! The review is sort of a spin off from the last post I did, if you missed it click (HERE!!) . After spending a long day drawing out ideas for the Miss Premiere pageant, my friend Odaro and I decided to go out for a lunch date to close the day's activities. We headed over to a spot called the Traffic Bar in Maitama district, close to SFC. When we pulled up the very first thing I noticed was that the owner wasn't joking when he named the place "Traffic". It was decorated with traffic lights, and to make it more interesting the servers were dressed as traffic coordinators (not sure if I was feeling that concept though). When you first walk in there is an open outdoor patio seating, then on the right you can head inside the restaurant. Odaro and I decided to go inside the restaurant. The restaurant's ambiance is very laid back, nothing really fancy or breath taking about it. One of their unique features is an open kitchen, where people can actually see everything going on in the kitchen and watch their food be prepared.

Happy national Doughnut Day!!
I think by now we have come to realize that America has a special day for just about everything, national pancake day still remains my favorite because of the free pancakes we get from Ihop! Anyways today is national doughnut day, It always falls on the first Friday of June and is a day that has been marked out to honor the ladies that served doughnuts to our troops during world-warI. I hear that many bakeries and doughnut shops (Dunkin' donuts and crispy kreme!) offer free doughnuts on this special day. So I suggest you get up and go get yourself some sweet, creamy and delicious doughnuts! YUUUMMM!!....

Ihop Cravings
Have you ever been addicted to a certain type of food before? I guess some of you are probably asking if it's even possible to have a food addiction considering the fact that we all need food to survive. I was once like you, but now of course I have seen the oh so bright light. I have a crazy craving for Ihop's Ham and Egg Melts with their side of Cajun fries, not to mention I also order a stack of carrot cake pancakes to go along with it. At times I would lay awake at night dreaming about the sweet softer than ever pancakes drizzled in hot syrup being nursed to safety in my mouth, or the oh so cheesy sandwich in buttery toasted bread going "crunch!" every time I would take a bite. OOH WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Until the worst thing happened. They stopped making my carrot cake pancakes :'0... Now I just settle for the red velvet pancakes, which aren't so bad, but I do miss my carrot cake. Ihop if you are reading this I want my carrot cake pancakes back! You had no right to take them from me!!
