How Nigerian Do You Think I Am?

This is a question which always comes with interesting answers and assumptions. As you all know I live in the USA, but exactly how Nigerian am I? Was I born in Nigeria? DO I speak my language? DO I know what town I am from? Can I name some Nigerian dishes besides Jollof rice? Most people are shocked when they hear the answers to those questions. Happy 4th of July! + Independence Day Nail Art Inspirations.

Good morning readers! Its July fourth today, which is also the day celebrated as Independence Day in the United States. I've come to wish all my American readers a happy and safe 4th of July. The Igbo Masquerade

   

 One of the reasons I love going to the village during the festive season is to witness the rich cultural displays of the people. I am from Anambra state, which is a predominately igbo speaking state located in the South- Eastern part of Nigeria. One thing the Igbo people have always taken pride in, is our colorful culture, which includes the Igbo masquerades.
